Judith Beck

“Art is a process of meditating for me, for me to connect with my center and more closely with the Creative Spirit of the Universe. Through the process of creating, painting, drawing just a simple line I discover connections with life, with others - Art allows me to reach out from a part of me you cannot see except through the piece itself. Each piece has a voice, projection to the outer world, even the most still, static piece - projecting a moment of quiet. I prefer to work larger than 16 x 20, so this opportunity has helped me look at smaller works in a different capacity. I had one show just before Cancer diagnosis in June 2008 and had to take a couple of years to heal before I could come back and concentrate on my passion!” ~Judith
